Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can my restaurant go live on Uber Eats, Mr D or Bolt Food?+

Most restaurants are live within 3–7 working days once we have your menu, pricing and required documents.

Do I own my Google, Facebook and delivery accounts?+

Yes. Every account, page and profile we set up is created and verified under your restaurant's ownership. We manage the day-to-day, but the account is always yours.

What areas do you currently service?+

We currently serve Empangeni, Richards Bay and greater KwaZulu-Natal, with plans to expand across South Africa.

Are there any hidden fees?+

No. Every price is quoted upfront before we start. Ongoing services like social media management or SEO are billed monthly at the rate agreed with you in advance.

Do I need my own documents to register for delivery platforms?+

Yes — typically your business registration or ID, proof of address, bank details and a menu. We'll send you a simple checklist once you get started.

What's included in the FREE Restaurant Digital Health Check?+

A full review of your Google presence, delivery platform status, website and social media, followed by a clear, no-pressure action plan.

Can I start with just one service and add more later?+

Absolutely. Most clients start with one or two services and expand as they see results. Every package can be upgraded at any time.

How do I pay for services?+

Once-off services are paid upfront before work begins. Monthly services (social media, SEO, reviews) are billed monthly via EFT or your preferred method.

Do you build websites for hotels, guest houses and food trucks too?+

Yes — while our focus is restaurants, takeaways and cafés, we also work with hotels, guest houses, bakeries, shisanyamas and food trucks.
